CADENCE DECOUPAGE PLUS GLOSS 250ML

It is a waterbased fast drying glue, can be used with any paper, fabric and especially rice paper decoupage. Brush a light coat on back of cutout, smooth in place. Let dry. When dry and clear in 10-20 minutes , repeat. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Non toxic. Certified by EN 71 & CE.
